As a UX designer at Handelsbanken, I've worked on the banking experiences customers use every day, improving existing journeys as well as designing new ones. My work includes payment services such as Bankgiro, Click to Pay, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay, making them clear to use and consistent with the wider app.

I helped integrate BankID features in Handelsbanken's apps, including moving BankID between phones, and designed PSD2 authentication and open banking consent flows for the UK app. These are moments where customers need to know what is happening, what they are approving, and what comes next.
